Are You Heaven Bound? Simply Take The Romans' Road
-
First you must realize that you are a sinner. "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God". Romans 3:23 "For there is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not." (Ecclesiates 7:2)
-
Because you are a sinner, in need of forgiveness, you are condemned to death. "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord". (Romans 6:23)
-
But God loved you so much that He gave His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, to bear your sin and die in your place. "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." (Romans 5:8)
-
You must turn from your sins before you can receive the free gift of salvation. "I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall likewise perish." (Luke 13:3&5)
-
Upon repentance, salvation requires confessing and believing that Jesus is the Savior. "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." Romans 10:9
- Jesus bore your sin, died in your place, was buried and resurrected. Only, He and He alone, can save your soul. "For whosever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." Romans 10:13
Are you willing to believe with your heart and confess with your mouth? If yes, simply ask Jesus to save you from your sins, come into your heart to be your Lord and Savior, and take you to Heaven when you die."
Below is a simple prayer you can use to call upon the name of the Lord to save you from your sins.
"Dear Jesus, I know that I am a sinner and I deserve hell. I know that you paid my sin debt by dying on the cross for me. I am asking you to forgive me of my sins and come into my heart and life to be my personal Savior. Please take me to heaven when I die. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen!"
If you prayed this prayer, would you please send an email letting us know that you have been saved the Bible way?
