The Word of God
In order to follow along with the sermon being preached, a Bible is strongly recommended. We use the KJV Bible. The ushers will give you one to use during the services.

You Will Be Our Honored Guest
At the beginning of each service, the pastor will ask first-time visitors to raise their hands to receive a visitor’s packet. In the packet, there will be a visitor’s card for you to fill out and place in the offering plate; or, hand to an usher as you exit the auditorium. The remaining items in the visitor’s packet are for you to keep. You will not be asked to stand. You will not be asked to speak. You are our honored guest! Do be prepared to receive friendly greetings and welcoming handshakes from our members during our “chorus/handshake” time.

Your Contact Information
The visitor’s card contains space for contact information that is placed in our database. You will be encouraged to fill in your birth and anniversary dates. The Pastor will communicate (greeting card) with you on your special days. Also, the church may send you a letter thanking you for your visit. The visitor’s card contains a box for you to check--if you wish a pastoral visit to learn more about the ministry or have some other spiritual needs with which the church can assist.

The Invitation
An invitation is given after all services except the 9:45 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. services.
The invitation affords many opportunities for the congregation. You may talk to God about anything the Holy Spirit may have spoken to your heart about during the service. You can pray to God on behalf of yourself and others. You can learn how to be saved from your sins the Bible way. A personal worker will take you into a private room and show you from the Word of God how to be saved the Bible way (Isaiah 1:18). You can learn how to become a member of a Bible believing church such as Corner Stone Baptist.
“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28)
